1. Processing Time​

 

After you successfully place your order, we will complete order processing within 1–3 business days. This time is primarily used to carefully verify order information, select and pack your desired silk scarves, and ensure each scarf is shipped in perfect condition. Please note that during Chinese national holidays or promotional periods, order processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you in advance via website announcements, so please keep an eye on relevant information.

 

 

2. Shipping Methods

 

Standard Shipping: After dispatch from China, delivery to major countries and regions such as the US, Europe, and Japan typically takes 7–15 business days. This shipping method is handled by our international logistics partners, ensuring the safety of your package throughout the entire process.
Express Shipping: If you wish to receive your scarves sooner, you may opt for express shipping, which typically takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping uses a priority processing and delivery mechanism to allow you to enjoy the elegance of the silk scarf sooner, but the shipping costs are relatively higher. 3. Order Tracking

 

Every package shipped from AURESILK has a unique tracking number. After the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can check the shipping status of the package using the following two methods:
Official Website Inquiry: Log in to our official website, go to the “My Orders” page, enter the tracking number, and you can view the current location and shipping progress of the package in real-time.
Logistics Official Website Inquiry: Depending on the logistics carrier for the package, visit their official website, enter the tracking number, and you can also obtain detailed logistics information.

 

 

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Although we collaborate closely with professional and reliable logistics partners, occasional package loss or delays may occur during international transportation. If you notice any abnormalities with your package:
Package loss: If you have not received your package within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us promptly via email at service@auresilk.com and provide your order number and tracking number. We will immediately verify the situation with the logistics provider. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a reshipment or a full refund.
Delayed Package: If the package’s delivery time exceeds the estimated duration but has not yet exceeded 30 business days, we recommend that you wait patiently and continue to monitor the logistics information updates. If you have not received the package after 30 business days, please contact us via the aforementioned email address. We will actively communicate with the logistics provider and follow up on your behalf.
