Thank you for purchasing AURESILK’s exquisite Chinese silk scarves! To ensure you have a worry-free shopping experience, we have established detailed return and refund rules. Please read the following carefully.

 

 

1. Return Conditions

 

Time Limit: You may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. We recommend that you check the product promptly to ensure it meets your requirements.
Product Condition: Returned items must be in brand-new condition, with tags and labels intact, free of stains, damage, or alterations. Accessories and gifts (if any) must be returned along with the item. Failure to do so may affect the return process.
Fee Information
Quality Issues: If the product has non-human-caused quality issues such as loose threads, printing defects, or fabric damage, please contact us immediately at service@auresilk.com and attach clear photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we will cover the international return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
Non-Quality Issues: For returns requested due to personal preference or size mismatch, the buyer must cover the international shipping costs. ​

 

 

2. Return Process​

 

Initiate the Request: Within the specified return period, send an email to service@auresilk.com with the subject line “Return Request + Order Number.” The email must include the order number, name, contact information, reason for return, and a description of the product’s current condition. Our customer service team will review and respond within 1-2 business days.
Obtain Address: After approval, you will receive the return address information: No. 11 Hehua Street, Chengxi Subdistrict, Yiwu City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China. Please choose a reliable international logistics service to return the product and keep the logistics tracking number and related documents properly.
Shipping the item: We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method and considering purchasing shipping insurance to reduce the risk of the item being lost in transit. After shipping, please reply to the confirmation email with the tracking number, estimated delivery time, and other relevant information to facilitate our follow-up.
Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will complete the inspection within 3-5 business days. If the return meets the criteria, we will process the refund promptly; if the goods do not meet the requirements, we will explain the reasons via email and return the goods via the original shipping method, with the return shipping costs borne by the buyer.

 

 

3. Refund Processing

 

Refund Method: We will refund the payment via the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will negotiate alternative refund methods with you.
Processing Time: For quality-related returns, refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after inspection approval. For non-quality-related returns, refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the return shipping fee and upon successful inspection of the item. Due to settlement cycles in cross-border payments, actual arrival times may be slightly delayed. Please be patient.

 

 

4. Important Reminders

 

Please use sturdy packaging when returning items to avoid damage during transit. If the item is damaged due to improper packaging, it may affect the return process.
