We offer a variety of scarf materials, including 100% silk, rayon, and cotton. Silk scarves are soft and skin-friendly with a natural luster, perfect for those who seek a high-quality feel. Rayon scarves are cost-effective, wrinkle-resistant, and easy to care for. Cotton scarves are breathable and comfortable, ideal for everyday casual wear. Most scarves are 70cm x 70cm square and can be used as headscarves, neck scarves, hair bands, or tied to bags as decorations. They can also be tied around the neck to create a variety of styles, such as the French elegant knot or casual shawl style. You can view detailed tying videos on the website’s Blog page.
All of our product images are photographed from actual products, and we strive to reproduce the true colors of the products. However, due to differences in display parameters and lighting conditions between different monitors, there may be some color differences. If you have high color requirements, please contact customer service for detailed color descriptions.
Payment-related
Our website supports payments in multiple major currencies, including US dollars, euros, British pounds, Japanese yen, and Chinese yuan. You can freely switch between currency types. Exchange rates are calculated based on real-time international exchange rates and the settlement standards of third-party payment institutions to ensure transparent and reasonable pricing.
Our platform supports PayPal payments. All payment processes are handled using SSL encryption technology to ensure the security of your payment information, so you don’t have to worry about privacy leaks.
Payment failure may be caused by a variety of reasons. If you are using a credit card, it may be due to insufficient balance on the card, incorrect card number/expiration date/security code, or transaction restrictions imposed by the issuing bank. If you are using a third-party payment platform, it may be due to an unlinked bank card, network issues, or payment platform risk control measures. You can first verify the accuracy of your payment information and try again after switching to a different network environment.
Orders and Returns
We will arrange shipment within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. During holidays or promotional events, shipping may be delayed by 1-3 days. We will notify you by email when this occurs.
We offer global shipping services. Typically, orders to the US and Europe are expected to arrive within 7–15 business days, while orders to Asia and Australia are expected to arrive within 7–12 business days. Specific delivery times may vary depending on factors such as peak shipping periods and customs clearance. You can track your order in real time on the order details page.
If there is a quality issue with the product, please contact customer service within 7 days of signing for the delivery and provide photographic or video evidence. We will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges. For returns and exchanges not related to quality issues, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
How to care for silk scarves?
It is recommended to hand wash silk scarves using a mild, neutral detergent. Keep the water temperature below 30°C, rinse gently, then lay flat to dry. Avoid direct sunlight. When ironing, use a low-temperature steam setting and do not touch the surface of the scarf directly. Place a thin cotton cloth between the iron and the scarf to prevent damage to the fabric.
Can the purchased silk scarves be customized?
We currently offer personalized customization services for select styles. You can choose to add embroidered text, patterns, and other designs to your silk scarf. Custom orders require an additional 3–5 business days for production. Please consult our online customer service for details on the customization process and fees.
Can I place a bulk order for scarves for commercial activities?
Of course! We welcome bulk orders from businesses and individuals. For bulk orders, we offer exclusive discounts and customized services based on the order quantity. How are the scarves packaged when shipped? Do you offer gift box packaging?
To ensure that the scarves are properly protected during transportation, we use OPP bags as the default packaging for shipping.
